This portion of your personal property policy applies to bodily injury and property damage you may
unintentionally inflict on others in or away from your home. Legal defense costs, if there is a potential
for a liability claim against you, are in addition to policy limits. We recommend that you carry liability
insurance at a minimum of $2,000,000. Higher limits are available at minimal cost.
Liability can be extended for some recreational items under this policy such as
- Trailers
- Watercraft
- Golf carts
